Planning a departure in winter
Book your pickup earlier than usual and add your flight number. If a storm is forecast, we contact you the day before to confirm timing. Most delays happen in the airport, not on the road, so arriving early gives you a buffer for security lines and rebooking if needed.
Planning an arrival in winter
You do not need to call us when your flight is delayed. We follow it live and adjust. If it is diverted to another airport, tell us as soon as you know your new plan; we can meet you at the new arrival time or at another New England airport.
