Logan has four passenger terminals and two ways to meet your chauffeur: at the arrivals curb or inside at baggage claim. Here is exactly how a pickup works at each one, so you walk out of the terminal knowing where to go.

Where do car services pick up at Logan Airport?
Private car services pick up on the arrivals (lower) level curb outside baggage claim at Terminals A, B, C and E, or inside at baggage claim with meet & greet. Rideshare apps use a separate zone in the Central Parking garage, so a booked car meets you closer to the door. Text your chauffeur once you have your bags and they will pull up at your door number.
Two ways to meet your chauffeur
Curbside pickup
Collect your bags, text or call your chauffeur, and walk out to the arrivals curb. We give you the door number and the car arrives as you step outside. Included in every fare.
Inside meet & greet
Your chauffeur waits at baggage claim with a name sign, helps with luggage and walks you to the car. Ideal for first-time visitors, families and VIP guests. $45.
Private aviation
For flights into the FBOs at Logan we meet you planeside or at the lounge entrance, by arrangement with the FBO.
Terminal by terminal

Airlines move between terminals from time to time, so check your boarding pass or airline app for your arrival terminal and add it to the booking. If it changes, we will see it through flight tracking.
What to do after you land

Turn your phone on
You will get a text from your chauffeur with their name, the car and a contact number.

Collect your bags
No rush. We track your landing time, and the chauffeur is already nearby.

Text when you are ready
Reply with your terminal and door number. With meet & greet, your chauffeur is already at the carousel.

Walk out and go
The car pulls up at the arrivals curb. Bags in, and you are on your way.
Common questions
Can my chauffeur wait at the curb at Logan?
Airport police do not allow cars to wait at the arrivals curb, so your chauffeur waits a few minutes away and pulls in when you text. That is why we ask you to message once you have your bags.
How do I find my chauffeur with meet & greet?
Look for your name on a sign at the baggage claim for your flight. Your chauffeur also texts you on landing.
What if I land at a different terminal?
Flight tracking shows the arrival terminal, and we adjust automatically. A quick text helps too.
Can you pick up from the rideshare area?
You do not need to. Booked car services use the regular arrivals curb, which is closer than the Central Parking rideshare zone.
