Terms of service
These terms apply to reservations made with Boston Limo Car Service online, by phone or by email.
Reservations
A reservation is confirmed when you receive a booking reference. Please check the details in your confirmation and tell us about any changes as soon as possible.
Pricing
Nothing is charged when you request a ride online. Fares shown online are estimates based on route, vehicle and extras. Tolls are included. Gratuity is added at checkout. Additional stops, route changes requested during the ride, or significant waiting time may change the final fare, and we will tell you before any change is applied.
Changes and cancellations
Contact dispatch at (617) 701-7061 to change or cancel. Cancellation is free within 24 hours of booking; after that a 20% fee applies, and changing the pickup time within 3 hours of pickup costs $25. No-shows are charged the full fare. See the full cancellation and refund policy.
Passenger conduct
Smoking is not permitted. Passengers are responsible for damage they cause to the vehicle. Alcohol is never permitted for passengers under 21. The chauffeur may end a ride if passengers behave unsafely.
Lost property
We will make reasonable efforts to return items left in vehicles. Contact dispatch as soon as possible.
