This policy explains what information Boston Limo Car Service collects when you use bostonlimocarservice.us or book a ride, why we need it, who we share it with and the choices you have. We collect only what we need to plan and complete your trip.
What personal information does Boston Limo Car Service collect?
Only what is needed to run your ride: passenger name, mobile number, email, pickup and drop-off addresses, date and time, flight details, passenger and luggage counts, and any notes you add. We do not take card numbers through the website or by email, and we never sell personal information.
Information we collect
- Booking details: names, phone numbers, email addresses, addresses, dates, flight numbers, vehicle choice, child seat and accessibility requests and notes
- Corporate account details: company name, billing contact and cost-center references you provide
- Messages you send us by email, text or the website
- Technical data: IP address, browser type and pages viewed, recorded in standard server logs for security
- Flight tracker searches: the flight or tail number you enter, used only to return live results

- To quote, confirm, dispatch and complete your ride

Who we share it with
We share the minimum needed with the chauffeur and dispatcher assigned to your trip, and with service providers who help us run the business, such as our website host, email delivery and, if you pay by card, the payment processor that handles your card. Address search in the booking form uses Google Maps, which receives the text you type into the address fields. We may disclose information if the law requires it. We do not sell or rent personal information.
Text messages
If you give us a mobile number, we text you about your booking: confirmations, chauffeur details and arrival updates. Reply STOP to stop non-essential messages. Message and data rates may apply.
Cookies
The website uses only the cookies needed for it to work, such as remembering form progress and protecting forms from spam. We do not use advertising cookies.
How long we keep information
Booking records are kept for as long as needed for invoicing, tax and insurance purposes, usually up to seven years. Website logs are kept for a short period for security. You can ask us to delete information we no longer need.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or stop marketing messages, by emailing info@bostonlimocarservice.us. We will respond within 30 days. Residents of states with privacy laws may have additional rights, which we honor.
Security and children
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), restricted access and reputable providers to protect your information. No method is perfectly secure, so please do not send card numbers or passwords by email. Our services are booked by adults; we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
